At CarMax, I’ve contributed to enterprise technology initiatives and operational transformation, including a modernized application supporting approximately 2,000 associates across more than 250 locations, with support issues reduced by approximately 95%. My work also includes developing scalable onboarding ecosystems, implementing learning technologies, and connecting formal learning with in-the-flow performance support.

Previously, at Hexagon (now Octave), I developed technical learning solutions for complex enterprise software products and led learning-content integration following a corporate acquisition. My work with the University of Missouri and Siemens Healthineers involved translating specialized engineering and healthcare technology into accessible learning experiences.
